Now hiring for a Production Operator

Location: Kodak, TN

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Responsibilities:

Assemble metal components and finished products

Read work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams

Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, drill presses, and grinders

Perform measurements using tape measures and other measuring tools

Inspect parts and finished products for quality

Assist machine operators and support production operations

Follow all safety and quality procedures

Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

Must be able to accurately read and use a tape measure

Ability to assemble products or components according to work instructions and production standards.

Ability to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or production equipment as required.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect completed work for quality.

Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive assembly tasks.

Dependable attendance, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly experience is preferred.

Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.

Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.

Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Production Operator.

Physical Capabilities

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.

Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.

Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.

Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
