You'll be:Operating packaging and coating equipment, including automatic baggers, palletizers, hand-add stations, and fertilizer coating linesSupporting the production process from raw material handling to final packaging and warehousingLoading and unloading trucks, and performing cycle counts of materialsMaintaining a clean and organized packaging and production areaCommunicating effectively with other shifts, maintenance, and QA personnelTroubleshooting equipment and process issues, and implementing continuous improvement initiativesServing as a production leader to ensure smooth coating and blending processesThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required)Can lift 50 lbs, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and perform tasks at elevated heights (15–30 feet)Are willing to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidaysPossess strong communication and multitasking skillsHave basic math skills, mechanical aptitude, and computer proficiencyHave at least 1 year of experience in manufacturing (preferred)Are experienced in forklift operation (required)Are familiar with industry-standard cleaning tools and committed to maintaining a safety-focused work environment(Preferred) Have experience with DCS/HMI systems, inventory management, process control, Lean Manufacturing, or intermediate mechanical experienceWhat happens nextOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
