Encouraged by a culture of collaboration, we share the liability and passion necessary to truly innovate.We are seeking highly motivated wash and repair warehouse operators for our Rantoul, IL location to wash and repair plastic seed bin containers using a variety of hand tools and plastic welding equipment.What's in it for you?Family owned since 1981 and growing!Team-oriented cultureRecognition and rewards for team member contributions!Opportunity for advancement through our Operator Progression ProgramGreat health benefits at a low monthly cost to you and minimal out of pocket expensesFlexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)Profit bonus401(k) matchPaid vacation days and holidaysCompany paid short-term and long-term disability insuranceWhat will you be doing?Evaluate seed bins to determine necessary repairsWash seed bins using power sprayersCut out replacement sections from the scrap seed binPlastic weld the replacement section using proper welding techniquesDiagnose common equipment problems and effectively communicate with maintenance personnelCoordinate with team members for maximum production efficiency and safetyContribute to continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtimeUse basic hand tools for routine equipment adjustments and repairsOther duties as assignedWhat makes you the right fit?You can recognize and differentiate between different colors.You have a mind for mechanical tasks.You can quickly convert units of measurement.You are a great problem solver and have experience troubleshooting equipment.You lead others by example in safety, ownership, and efficiency.If you have plastic welding experience, that's a plus!You have experience using hand tools like grinders, sawzall, drills, and dremel tools.Physical requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak and understand English, hear, stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms, and differentiate between different colors (especially red and green).
