Qorvo serves multiple high-growth segments of large global markets, including consumer electronics, smart home/IoT, automotive, EVs, battery-powered appliances, network infrastructure, healthcare and aerospace/defense.What You Will DoPerform manual operations on wafer fabrication equipment and work closely with the factory management team to prioritize job tasksHandle chemicals, microscope inspections, run precision equipment, and process wafers to comply with specifications and other requirementsAttend shift pass-down meetings and communicate daily activitiesReads, comprehends, and follows required safety policiesAssist process engineers, depending on skill set, in performing experimental proceduresUpdate documentation on procedures on an as-needed basisWhat You Will NeedHigh School diploma or GED requiredClean room, semiconductor manufacturing, or technical manufacturing experience a plusGood communication skills, both written and oral; ability to read, write and speak EnglishSolid fundamental Microsoft Excel and computer skillsAbility to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift 10+ lbsAbility to complete tasks requiring careful handling while learning through on-the-job trainingStrong work ethics in terms of attendance, organization, and teamworkAbility to work in a cleanroom environment, gowning up in coveralls, hoods, boots, safety glasses and glovesTop Candidates Will Also PossessFlexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and responsibilitiesAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentExperience using a microscope (beneficial but not required)Superb attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsWhat's In It for YouCompetitive Pay Rate (Includes base rate plus shift differential and daily overtime rate)On-going training that enables your successful performance and prepares you for future career opportunitiesCompetitive total rewards package (potential bi-annual bonuses, yearly merit increases)Day one benefits (medical, dental, vision, Rx, and 401K)Opportunity to earn overtime every week (once training is completed)Qorvo is an E-Verify Employer.
