Production OperatorsWith Staff Management | SMX, you'll get a weekly paycheck, learn new skills, meet new people, and work with a great management team in a clean and safe environment. We're hiring Production Operators to join a growing medical manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and packaging medical components in a clean, quality-focused environment.Schedule & Pay:Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PMNight Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM2-2-3 rotating scheduleTraining Schedule: First week on day shift, 7:45 AM - 4:15 PMPay Rate: $18.00 per hourPerks & Benefits:Weekly paychecksDirect Deposit or Cash Card pay optionsMedical / Dental InsuranceShifts: 1st Shift, 3rd Shift. Employment Types: Full Time, Temp to Hire.Duties:Inspect medical components for quality and accuracyPackage products according to work instructionsComplete required production documentation and paperworkFollow quality, safety, and cleanroom proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work areaSupport team operations and cross-training initiativesPosition Requirements:Strong attention to detailGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and follow work instructionsReliable attendance and punctualityProfessional attitude and willingness to learn new tasksAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentPassion for quality and safetyPositive attitude and strong work ethicAbility to stand and rotate between workstations for a 12-hour shiftAbility to frequently reach, bend, stoop, kneel, and twistComfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing required PPEBasic math and reading skillsPrevious manufacturing experience is a plus but not requiredRequirements:Background CheckDrug TestStand for Shift DurationMust be at least 18 years oldAble to Lift 50 pounds.Required education: HS Diploma or GED.Work Location: SXMMGS, Richfield, WI 53076. Industry: Manufacturing.The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.00 - $18.00 per hour.
