Job description
Manufacturing AssociateThis role involves general loading and unloading duties, assisting the machine operator, and sorting parts into crates. The parts are small and lightweight, but crates may become heavy once filled.Responsibilities:Assist machine operators with daily tasks.Load and unload materials efficiently.Sort small parts into crates.Ensure crates are properly packed and ready for shipment.Essential Skills:Experience in production and machine operation.Ability to perform assembly tasks.Proficiency in general labor activities.Forklift operation knowledge.Experience in packaging and inspection.Familiarity with hand tools and blueprint reading.Job Type & Location:This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, KY.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $15.75 - $16.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
