Full-Time Production Operators Needed - Paid Holidays, PTO, Growth & Career Opportunities.What's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Production Operator Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 17.00 / hourFull Time work availableVarious shifts available (Monday through Friday)Operate production equipment while following safety and quality standardsAssemble and inspect components to ensure product qualityFollow written work instructions and production proceduresComplete required production documentation and quality checksMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area throughout the shiftProduction Operator Qualifications:Manufacturing or production experience preferred; willing to train motivated employeesAbility to read, write, and communicate in English to safely follow work instructions, complete documentation, and understand training materialsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shiftMust successfully pass a background check and 10-panel saliva drug screen (THC excluded)Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and an interest in building a long-term career with the companyApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
