Whether you will spend your day brainstorming in an office cubicle, operating a crane, running manufacturing equipment or troubleshooting technical obstacles, at CMC, you'll get the training and support from your team that you need to excel in your role and reach your full potential.What You'll DoOperate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture Crosstrain on multiple machines Operate a forklift to move material and supplies as requiredWhat You'll NeedAbility to follow OSHA, EPA, and all company safety policies, rules, and regulations Ability to operate fabrication machines in a safe manner without supervision Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and steps, work outside under all weather conditions when needed Excellent communication skills, in both written and verbal form are necessary to be successful in this role Minimum 1 year working with heavy industrial environment experience preferred but not required Must be able to stand for long periods of time, stretch, bend and use hands and fingers in repetitive motions Your Education High School Diploma or GED requiredWe are CMC, a Fortune 500® company at the leading edge of our industry.
