Entry-Level Production Operator (3rd Shift)We are seeking dependable individuals to join our production team on 3rd shift. If you're looking for a long-term opportunity, we'll train you to inspect products, operate machinery, and package items safely and efficiently.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Inspect products to ensure quality standards are metOperate production machinery according to training and safety guidelinesPackage finished goods accurately and securelyMaintain a clean and organized workstationFollow written and verbal work instructionsCommunicate any issues or concerns to supervisorsWork independently and as part of a teamPay will be offered based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.We offer comprehensive benefits to include health and an incentive recognition bonus (all benefits are based on eligibility).Skills/Qualifications:No prior experience required; training will be providedMust be reliable and consistent with attendanceStrong interest in building a long-term careerAble to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbsWilling to follow safety rules and production guidelinesGood attention to detail and work ethicIf you're motivated, dependable, and ready to learn, this is a great opportunity to start a lasting career.We are an equal opportunity employer.
