Production OperatorDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Operator workers for a plastics manufacturing company in Maple Lake, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce quality plastic components and support a clean, modern facility with a stable team. Read below for more information!Sign-On Bonuses Available!1st Shift: $3,000 Sign-On Bonus$1,000 paid after successful completion of the trial-for-hire period (upon full-time conversion)$2,000 paid after 90 days of full-time employment2nd Shift: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus$2,000 paid after successful completion of the trial-for-hire period (upon full-time conversion)$3,000 paid after 90 days of full-time employmentWhat You’ll Do as a Production Operator:Operate molding equipment and instruments to trim plastic productsMix and prepare raw materials for sorting and delivery to work centersRemove completed plastic components from molds for trimmingTrim and assemble components into finished productsOperate work equipment, power tools, and specialized instrumentsMaintain cleanliness and general appearance of facilities and work areasMeet and exceed product quality standards for finished goodsWhat You Need to Bring to the Production Operator Role:Must have at least 1 year of machine operation experience in a manufacturing environmentMust have experience using basic hand toolsMust be Able to read and follow written and verbal directions in EnglishMust be willing to work in warm environments and confined spacesMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodationsMust have reliable transportation to Maple Lake, MNAbility to pass any required pre-employment screeningsWhy You’ll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
