Production OperatorCome grow with us! We're looking for dependable, energetic team members to join another division of Fil-Tec. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing operation where you'll work alongside a great team to help create and prepare quality candle products from start to finish.As a Candle Production Associate, you'll be hands-on throughout the manufacturing process, including:Pouring wax and assisting with candle productionApplying wick clips and lidsApplying product labelsPerforming quality checks to make sure products meet our standardsPackaging finished candles for shipmentPreparing materials and products throughout the production processKeeping your work area clean, organized, and safeWorking as part of a team to meet daily production goalsAssisting with other production needs as neededStarting pay of $22.90/hour Day shift hours Climate-controlled work environment Opportunity to grow with our team Team-oriented workplace Health, dental & vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) And more!We're looking for people who are:Dependable and ready to workDetail-oriented and quality-focusedComfortable working in a production environmentAble to work well with othersWilling to learn and take on new responsibilitiesPositive, motivated, and ready to be part of something that's growingReady for something new?
