Production OperatorsGeneral Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS), a premier provider to the US Department of Defense and allied nations, is seeking Production Operators for 1st Shift weekend crew (Friday-Sunday 5am-5:30pm) to join our Springboro, OH Facility. Given the nature of our work and our organization's ethos, we value trust, honesty, alignment, and transparency.This individual will be required to set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation. Monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications. Report any malfunctions or abnormalities and makes minor adjustments and repairs to equipment. Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.Friday-Sunday 5:00am-5:30pm. Supports and assists with the installation of operating equipment.QualificationsRequired Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred and 0-3 years' experience OR Equivalent. Manufacturing experience preferred
