Production OperatorWinston, Salem NC $40K-$45K Our client is a fast-growing chemical manufacturing company based in the UK, expanding into the US for the first time. They manufacture, blend, and pack chemicals for customers across many industries, from automotive and construction to life sciences.The Role As a Production Operator, you'll be part of the team responsible for safely manufacturing and packaging high-quality chemical products. This is a hands-on role involving batch production, equipment operation, quality checks, and accurate documentation. You'll work closely with the wider operations and quality teams to ensure production runs efficiently, safely, and in line with company procedures and OSHA requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManufacture and package chemical batchesSafely handle and transfer hazardous chemicalsCarry out in-process quality checks and complete production records accuratelyOperate production equipment and carry out basic troubleshootingMaintain a clean, organized, and safe working environmentSupport continuous improvement activities across safety, quality, and efficiencySkills & ExperienceEssential Experience in chemical manufacturing, batch processing, or industrial productionStrong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and written instructionsSafety-focused with a proactive and professional attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable working under pressure and meeting production deadlinesFamiliarity with SDS documentation and hazardous material handlingExperience with basic lab testing, including pH, titration, viscosity, or solids analysisExperience using Microsoft Office 365 or manufacturing software systemsHigh school diploma or equivalentWhat We OfferCompetitive salary401(k) plan - 5% match20 days PTO plus 7 public holidaysA collaborative, straightforward culture where good people succeed
