This role is responsible for operating production equipment, performing assembly and fabrication activities, handling materials, conducting quality inspections, and assisting with light welding and equipment setup. If you enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take pride in producing quality products, we encourage you to apply.What You'll DoOperate production equipment and machinery safely and efficientlyPerform basic MIG welding, fabrication, assembly, grinding, and cutting tasksRead and follow work orders, production schedules, and fabrication drawingsInspect products to ensure quality standards are metAssist with equipment setup, adjustments, and minor troubleshootingLoad, unload, and move materials using forklifts and other material-handling equipmentMaintain inventory organization and accurate material handling practicesSupport housekeeping, safety, and continuous improvement initiativesWork collaboratively with production, shipping, maintenance, and management teamsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredManufacturing, production, fabrication, or welding experience preferredBasic MIG welding experience requiredStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use hand and power toolsAbility to read measurements, blueprints, and production documentsForklift experience preferred or willingness to become certifiedStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to work effectively as part of a team
