Description Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for production work? We are seeking a Plastic Injection Molding Production Operator to join our clients team. As a Plastic Injection Molding Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality plastic components for various applications. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating plastic injection molding machines, monitoring production processes, and performing quality checks to ensure that all parts meet the required specifications. Responsibilities Operate plastic injection molding machines Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards Perform regular quality checks on finished products Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals Requirements Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good mechanical aptitude Strong problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Willingness to work overtime as needed SHIFT 8 am to 4 pm Monday - Friday 4 pm to 12 am Monday - Friday 12 am to 8 am Monday - Friday Benefits of working through Westside Personnel at this position Full time, 40 hours a week position, Monday - Friday, plus overtime PAID WEEKLY Temporary to permanent position after probationary period Additional benefits through Westside Personnel are available to long term employees; referral bonuses, safety bonuses, health care, holiday, and vacation after requirement is met If you have any questions please contact us. .
