Production Operator - Night ShiftNow Hiring Production OperatorsAre you looking for a stable manufacturing career with competitive pay and a consistent schedule? We are seeking dependable, safety-minded Production Operators to join our team in Casper, Wyoming. In this role, you will help produce high-quality conduit products used in critical infrastructure projects across the country. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and working in a team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you.Location: Casper, WYPay Rate: $20.25/hourShift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AMSchedule: 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, including every other weekendKey ResponsibilitiesOperate production equipment such as cutters, pullers, coilers, and packaging machinery.Monitor product quality and ensure materials meet company specifications.Perform routine equipment inspections and assist with basic troubleshooting.Maintain accurate production, quality, and operational records.Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers.Follow all safety policies, procedures, and workplace standards.Keep workstations clean, organized, and production-ready.Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.QualificationsAbility to work a 12-hour night shift schedule on a 2-2-3 rotation.Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus.Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.Why Join Us?Competitive pay at $20.25 per hourConsistent full-time hoursOpportunity to gain valuable manufacturing experienceTeam-focused and safety-driven work environmentGrowth and advancement opportunitiesApply today and start your career with a company that values hard work, quality, and teamwork.
