Job description
Production OperatorWe are hiring Production Operators to support an advanced manufacturing team producing high-performance materials for aerospace, defense, and other demanding applications.Available schedules include:Rotating day shift: four days on, four days offRotating night shift: four days on, four days offWeekday day shift: Tuesday through FridayThese are 12-hour shifts with multiple openings available.What you'll do:Load and unload materials from industrial equipmentOperate and monitor high-temperature and high-pressure machineryInspect products and accurately document production dataTroubleshoot equipment and assist with basic mechanical maintenanceFollow established safety, quality, and manufacturing proceduresWork closely with the team on continuous improvement effortsWhat we're looking for:Previous manufacturing experienceBasic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand toolsBasic math skillsAbility to follow written specifications and work instructionsA dependable, safety-focused, team-oriented approachThe company offers generous paid time off, 12 paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities to develop valuable advanced manufacturing skills.
