Production Associate – Automotive ManufacturingBuild the Parts That Keep Automotive Production MovingWe are hiring dependable Production Associates for an automotive manufacturing operation in Sterling Heights, MI.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants a steady first-shift manufacturing opportunity. Production Associates support different areas of the manufacturing process, from handling automotive components to checking completed parts and keeping production moving.Your Day May IncludeHandling and preparing automotive parts for productionPlacing components into fixtures, equipment, or designated workstationsRemoving completed components from the production processPerforming visual quality checks on automotive partsIdentifying damaged, improperly assembled, or defective componentsSorting and organizing completed partsPackaging or preparing components for the next production stageKeeping materials supplied to the work areaFollowing standardized production and safety proceduresMaintaining an organized and safe workstationWorking with the production team to meet daily manufacturing requirementsDepending on production needs, employees may be trained to work in more than one area of the facility.Hours & PayMonday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PMStarting pay is $15.50 per hour, increasing to $17.00 per hour after successfully completing 90 days.Overtime and weekend hours may be required depending on production needs.What We're Looking ForDependable and punctual employeesAbility to work in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environmentComfortable standing and performing hands-on production work throughout the shiftAbility to follow work instructions and safety proceduresAttention to quality and detailPrevious manufacturing, automotive, production, warehouse, or assembly experience is helpful but not requiredFlexibility to work overtime or weekends when production requires itReady for a steady first-shift manufacturing opportunity?
