You're a great fit if you:Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in producing quality work.Enjoy hands-on roles and working with machinery or are eager to learn.Are comfortable working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.Value safety, organization, and continuous improvement.What You'll DoOperate spray painter gun or dip tank to apply industrial paint coating on materialLoad, feed, and unload material through paint processSelect appropriate paint coatings and set up equipment to paint materialClean and maintain paint application equipment and machinesComplete quality checks to ensure the correct thickness of paint is properly applied to material throughout the process and touch up as neededEnsure materials are properly labeled and scanned upon exiting paint line, and maintains records for paint and solvent usageActively participates in continuous improvement and corrective action activitiesPerform housekeeping, 5-S, and other duties as assignedJoin a team where your skills, ideas, and contributions will make an impact.
