Job description
Summary
Bush Realty Group is seeking a licensed real estate agent to join our team as a Production Partner, working closely with an established top-producing agent. This is more than a traditional buyer’s agent or showing assistant position—it’s a hands‑on opportunity to accelerate your career through direct experience, coaching, and active participation in production.
Role
In this role, you’ll become an integral part of an established real estate business, supporting current clients and opportunities through:
Lead follow-up and prospecting
Property showings and open houses
Client communication and appointment coordination
Transaction-related problem-solving
Support throughout the buying and selling process
The ideal candidate is driven, coachable, responsive, resourceful, and highly accountable. You should be comfortable working at a fast pace, navigating challenging conversations, accepting feedback, and taking initiative without constant supervision.
You will not be responsible for building a real estate business entirely from the ground up. Instead, you’ll gain firsthand insight into how a high‑producing operation functions while being compensated for the value and production you contribute.
Our mission is straightforward: help you become an exceptional real estate agent while you help us provide an exceptional experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
Respond quickly to new leads, client inquiries, and opportunities.
Consistently follow up with prospective buyers, sellers, and existing clients.
Conduct outbound prospecting and lead‑generation activities.
Set, confirm, and prepare for buyer and seller appointments.
Show properties and provide a high‑level experience for buyers.
Host open houses and convert attendees into future opportunities.
Assist the lead agent with servicing existing clients and active opportunities.
Communicate proactively with clients throughout the buying and selling process.
Follow up after appointments, showings, open houses, and client conversations.
Maintain accurate notes, tasks, and follow‑up plans within the CRM.
Identify client needs, anticipate potential issues, and proactively bring solutions.
Assist with negotiations, contracts, inspections, appraisals, and transaction‑related needs as appropriate.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with agents, lenders, title/escrow, vendors, and other transaction partners.
Learn and consistently follow the team’s sales systems, scripts, processes, and standards.
Participate in sales training, coaching, role‑play, team meetings, and accountability.
Utilize team technology, CRM, and AI tools to improve productivity and client service.
Maintain strong knowledge of the local real estate market, inventory, contracts, and industry trends.
Take ownership of assigned opportunities and ensure commitments are completed without needing constant follow‑up.
Look for ways to solve problems, improve processes, and move the business forward.
Deliver an exceptional client experience that generates repeat business, referrals, and five‑star reviews.
Qualifications
Active Nevada Real Estate License required.
Strong desire to build a long‑term career in real estate and become a high‑performing agent.
Highly coachable and willing to receive, implement, and seek out feedback.
Self‑motivated with a strong sense of ownership and personal accountability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsive and comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, and in person.
Comfortable prospecting, following up with leads, and having sales conversations.
Willing to make outbound calls and consistently participate in lead‑generation activities.
Ability to build relationships and provide an exceptional client experience.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize responsibilities and move quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
Resourceful problem‑solver who brings solutions rather than simply identifying problems.
Reliable, dependable, and committed to following through on promises.
Comfortable with accountability, measurable goals, and performance expectations.
Willing to learn and follow proven scripts, systems, processes, and technology.
Comfortable using or learning CRM platforms, AI tools, and other real estate technology.
Ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative with the team.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Las Vegas Valley for appointments and showings.
Flexible availability to accommodate client needs, including some evenings and weekends.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to putting clients first.
Previous real estate sales experience is preferred but not required. Character, work ethic, coachability, and commitment are more important than production history.
