Production - Pc - Machine Operator - 2nd ShiftMachine OperatorOverall Goal of Position:Keep the Greenville Facility running smoothly; making adjustments during production runs, utilizing quality tools to ensure that product standards are met and to help make SummaryDaily setup and operation of packaging equipment servicing the condiment markets following industry standards for GMPKey Duties and ResponsibilitiesFollow all Safety and Quality guidelines to protect the customer, yourself and fellow employeesDaily hands-on setup, startup and operation of assigned equipment utilizing hand tools and data collections tools made available for safe and efficient operationEnter required Quality and Operational checks into the data collection software in use in a timely mannerLearn, meet and sustain KPI's set for department goalsProvide peer support for successful department operationEngage in cross training when availableWhat We Are Looking For: Characteristics, skills, experience, education and performance history needed for success in the position:High School Diploma requiredMachine Operating Experience preferredMust be detail orientatedAble to walk & stand during most all of a 10 hour shiftQuality driven, Self-motivated, and willing to learnDependable & punctualPhysical Capacities: Able to lift 30 lbs.What Is In It For You?Our company acknowledges talented people are attracted to companies that provide competitive pay, comprehensive benefits packages and outstanding advancement opportunities.
