Their network of production and distribution centers supports fast delivery of marketing materials, promotional products, and business solutions, backed by a reputation for innovation, flexibility, and customer service.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Production Picker Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 13.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)Pick and prepare customer orders accurately using pick lists or handheld scanners.Pack, label, and stage products for shipment while meeting quality standards.Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying quantities and reporting discrepancies.Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.Production Picker Qualifications:Previous warehouse, order picking, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience preferred but not required.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift products throughout the shift.Basic math skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity and quality standards.Must comply with pre-employment screening requirements; no high school diploma required.Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employmentWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
