Production Planner (Pipe Yard Operations)We are seeking an experienced Production Planner to support daily operations within a busy pipe yard. This role is responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing production schedules to ensure efficient workflow, on?time processing, and smooth operational performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain daily, weekly, and long?term production schedulesCoordinate workflow between departments to ensure efficient movement of materialsMonitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlinesCommunicate with operations, logistics, and quality teams to resolve delays or bottlenecksTrack inventory levels and ensure materials are available for scheduled workPrepare reports on production status, capacity, and performanceSupport continuous improvement efforts to optimize workflow and reduce downtimeRequirements5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or operations (pipe yard or industrial environment preferred)Strong organizational and time?management skillsAbility to analyze data and adjust plans quicklyExcellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple departmentsProficiency with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and production systemsStrong problem?solving skills and attention to detailPPE
