Production PlannerDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Production Planner for a manufacturing company in Duluth, MN. In this role, you’ll help ensure customer orders are delivered on time by coordinating production schedules, balancing manufacturing capacity, and supporting efficient workflow across departments. Read below for more information!Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer delivery requirementsAnalyze labor loading, production capacity, and resource availability to optimize operationsMonitor production progress and adjust schedules to address changing priorities and demandCoordinate customer order status updates and expedite orders when necessaryLead planning and new product introduction (NPI) meetings with cross-functional teamsSupport quality inspections and documentation of production results as neededProvide backup support for shipping, logistics coordination, and shipment documentationHigh school diploma or equivalent required2–4 years of planning, scheduling, production control, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain experienceStrong analytical, organizational, and time-management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and OutlookAbility to interpret production data and make sound scheduling decisionsManufacturing or production environment experience preferredAbility to work in both office and manufacturing settings and comply with all safety requirementsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
