Production PlannerOur client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Planner to join their team. As a Production Planner, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting production scheduling and capacity management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.Location: Seattle, WAPay Range: $35.00 to $39.00 DOEShift: DaysWhat's the Job?Support creation of daily production plans and assign work based on machine availability and trainingAllocate work against machine capacity across various manufacturing modalities including CNC machining, 3D printing, welding, sheet metal fabrication, powder coating, and assemblyAssist in projecting production for 1-2 weeks ahead and plan for equipment outages and customer due datesCommunicate delivery timelines and expectations to relevant teamsIdentify and escalate scheduling conflicts and capacity issues to managementWhat's Needed?3-5 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing coordination, or operations supportUnderstanding of manufacturing workflows from order intake through shippingBasic familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES), ERP, or similar planning toolsIntermediate proficiency with Excel, Word, and other productivity softwareStrong attention to detail and organizational skills, with good verbal and written communication abilitiesWhat's in it for me?Opportunity to grow within a dynamic manufacturing environmentEngage with diverse manufacturing technologies and processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production workflowsDevelop skills in production scheduling and capacity planningBe part of a company committed to operational excellence and continuous improvementUpon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
