Whether it's improving products, supporting customers, or positively influencing peers and the community, the contributions of our people matter.Shift:The regular hours for this position are day shift.Job Description:The Production Planning Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and scheduling semiconductor manufacturing activities to meet production goals, customer demand, and inventory targets. This position will work closely with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure efficient use of fab capacity and timely delivery of products.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for assigned process areas or product lines.Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) levels and adjust schedules to optimize throughput and cycle time.Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and capacity constraints.Analyze production data and trends to identify risks and recommend adjustments to meet delivery targets.Communicate schedule changes and priorities to operations and support teams.Maintain accurate records in manufacturing execution systems (MES) and planning tools.Support planning activities related to new product introductions, tool installs, and process changes.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling efficiency and fab performance.Ensure alignment with customer delivery requirements and internal service level agreements.PREFFERED SKILLS:Experience with semiconductor fab operations and process flows.Familiarity with lean manufacturing, capacity planning, and inventory control principles.Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and scheduling tools.Farmers Branch, TXBenefits offered for this role include medical, dental, vision, EAP, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending and savings accounts, 401(k), ESPP and paid time off.Skills:Analytics, Communication, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Detail-Oriented, Microsoft Excel, Planning SoftwareEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience | RequiredEqual Employment Opportunity StatementFormFactor is an equal opportunity employer.
