Real-time monitoring, analytics, and SCADA/data infrastructureThe Production Planning Supervisor is the central point of contact for workflow across Assembly and Warehouse, planning materials and work activities, coordinating what Engineering releases to the shop floor, and keeping schedules, staffing, and priorities aligned as conditions change. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and keeping a manufacturing operation running on time.What You'll DoCreate and maintain work orders in NetSuite ERP based on released bills of materials (BOMs) from EngineeringOwn the end-to-end shipping, receiving, and picking process — including inventory accuracy, material staging, kitting, and on-time delivery to the assembly floorCoordinate with Purchasing and Engineering to resolve procurement issues and keep material flowing without delayMonitor project timelines and shop capacity, adjusting sequencing, staffing, and priorities in real time as engineering changes, material delays, or customer requirements shiftLead, motivate, and hold accountable shipping, receiving, and picking personnel — communicating goals, safety practices, and deadlines clearlyUse ERP, inventory, and scheduling systems to track work orders and shop schedules, and provide accurate status updates to managementPromote a safe, clean, and ethical work environment; reinforce safe work habits and drive continuous improvement across the shop floorComply with all health, safety, and environmental policiesWhat We're Looking ForProven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple work areas at onceStrong organizational and problem-solving abilities, comfortable reprioritizing quickly as shop conditions and engineering inputs changeHands-on proficiency with ERP, inventory, or scheduling software (NetSuite experience a plus)Prior experience supervising or leading a function or teamStrong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating across engineering, assembly, and warehouse teamsA steady, accountable leadership style with a bias toward action and continuous improvementQualifications3+ years of production planning, materials management, or scheduling experience in a manufacturing environmentCPIM, CSCP, or related supply chain/planning certification preferredPrior supervisory or management experience directly overseeing a shop-floor or warehouse teamBachelor's degree in Operations, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field ; or equivalent technical training/experience requiredBenefits:401KHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible spending accountEmployee assistance programLife InsurancePaid holidaysPaid time offCompensation: Salary $120,000 – $145,000
