For talent in our network, Lifted provides access to enterprise-level projects while handling engagement setup, contracting, compliance, and payments in the background, so you can focus on delivering high-quality work.Job DescriptionWe're continuously building our network of experienced talent across Production/Post Production Specialists who are interested in being considered for full or part-time employment engagements with assignments to work with our enterprise partners. While this is not tied to one specific project, selected candidates may be matched to future employment opportunities based on experience, availability, and alignment with project needs.QualificationsWhat We Look ForManage creative production from scope to budget to timeline to deliverySchedule shoots, book crews, negotiate vendor bids, and manage production logisticsCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders (creative, brand, marketing, legal)Oversee on-set operations, talent, location management, and asset captureTrack deliverables, maintain budgets, and ensure on-time executionResolve production issues and escalate risks appropriatelyEdit, assemble, and finish video, audio, and motion assetsPerform color correction, sound mixing, stabilization, retiming, and finishingManage file organization, version control, and master deliverablesCollaborate with producers and editors to ensure quality and technical accuracyPrepare assets for multi-platform distribution (broadcast, digital, social)Maintain working knowledge of editing tools and post-production workflowsAdditional Qualifications (if relevant)Background in editing, color, finishing, asset assembly.Experienced in overseeing shoots, logistics, budgeting, creative resourcing.
