Press Brake OperatorAre you an experienced Press Brake Operator looking to grow your career in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, or factory environment? Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a leading company in Beatrice to add a skilled operator to their team. Candidates with experience in welding, assembly, machining, construction, or warehouse operations are strongly encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal componentsInterpret blueprints, drawings, and production layoutsUse precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to verify product specificationsSelect and load proper tooling, dies, and materials for each jobMonitor machine performance and troubleshoot defects or malfunctionsMaintain accurate production and quality recordsCommunicate material, tooling, and supply needsPerform routine and preventative maintenance on equipmentSupport teammates in various manufacturing, assembly, and production tasksFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspaceOther duties as assignedQualificationsAt least 1 year of recent employment in your previous role1+ year of press brake operation experience requiredHigh school diploma or GEDStrong mechanical aptitude; comfortable using hand and power toolsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and work independentlyHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityWillingness to follow all safety regulationsExperience as a welder, machinist, machine operator, or forklift operator is a plusFabrication or welding experience highly beneficialWhy Work With Express?Weekly payHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceShort-Term DisabilityReferral BonusesLong-term career potential with evaluation-to-hire placementEmail your resume to Employment Professionals connects skilled workers with top companies across Lincoln and the surrounding area.
