Job description
Production Products is a Tier 1 Supplier to the Automotive Industry. We specialize in stamping, robotic welding, and hydroforming at our 500,000 sq ft. Columbus Grove facility.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Engineering Manager has the authority and the responsibility to coordinate and direct the efforts of process engineers, tool room and industrial engineer team members. Responsible for the continuous improvement of Production Products in-plant and advanced engineering functions, and has the responsibility for tooling and equipment quality and efficiency
JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Four (4) year College Degree in Engineering preferred.
Tool and die maker background preferred, and journey persons card.
Must have excellent managerial and supervisory skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of plant-wide engineering functions.
