Job description
Osmo, a digital olfaction company based in Elizabeth, NJ, seeks a Senior Operations professional to own the post-launch handoff from onboarding to production, fulfillment, and deployment.
You'll be the primary operational contact for customers, aligning manufacturing, procurement, product development, quality, and delivery to commitments while driving risk mitigation and on-time delivery. This role blends customer-facing and plant-facing work with a focus on closing gaps and scalable processes.
