Production Quality Inspector - $19 /Hour | Crestline, OH | Work Only ~15 Days/MonthGet Paid to Learn. Only Work Half of Each Month.Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Production Quality Inspectors in Crestline. No previous quality inspection experience is required.If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in doing quality work, this could be a great opportunity to build manufacturing experience while enjoying more full days off.Pay & Schedule$19.00 /hour12-Hour Rotating Pitman Schedule (2-2-3) Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AMWith this schedule you'll:Work only about 15 days each monthHave every other weekend offGet built-in weekdays offKnow your rotating schedule in advanceWhat You'll DoInspect finished products for cosmetic and quality defectsVerify products meet established quality standardsIdentify and separate products that don't meet requirementsPackage approved finished products for shipmentAccurately complete inspection documentationMaintain a clean and safe work areaFollow required PPE and safety proceduresWhat We're Looking ForDependable attendance and reliabilityStrong attention to detailAbility to stand throughout a 12-hour shiftAbility to lift up to 40 lbs.Ability to work a rotating scheduleManufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful, but not requiredNo previous quality inspection experience required.
