Location: Winchester, KY
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift 2:45-11:15 pm Monday-Friday

As a Production Racker in Winchester, you'll be part of the team that keeps production flowing. You'll load materials, check quality, and help meet daily goals. Bring a good attitude and a strong work ethic, and let Staffmark handle the rest.
Looking for Production Racker jobs in Winchester where hard work drives every shift? The Job Duties for this opportunity include loading and unloading machining parts into ovens to go through the coating process. It lets you help manufacture quality products, support production goals, and contribute to a team that keeps operations running safely and efficiently.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
Entry-level position
Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Racker.
Physical Capabilities
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 40 pounds.
Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
