Location: Franklin Park, IL
Employment Type: Contract to Direct Hire
Pay Range: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday
Join Our Team as a Production Release Coordinator and be a vital player in our manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless production processes. What You’ll Do:
As a Production Release Coordinator, you will manage the release of CNC machine jobs for the fabrication department, ensuring precise execution from design files to final production. Your expertise will help verify tooling and machining quality, prioritize production tasks, and maintain organized workflows. With a focus on safety, accuracy, and communication, your work will support our manufacturing success every day.
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting bills of materials and design files
Familiarity with CNC manufacturing processes
Experience with Creo viewer software and navigating 3D models
Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills in English—verbal and written
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and up to 100 pounds with assistance; physically capable of working in a loud environment
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous experience with Jobscope or similar production management software
Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and quality control processes
Experience in a collaborative team environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s degree or ongoing pursuit in CNC machinery, manufacturing, or related fields
Prior experience working with CNC machines or in production coordination roles
Other Requirements:
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Willingness to work in a manufacturing setting with both office and production floor environments
