Production SchedulerIKI Manufacturing is seeking a skilled Production Scheduler to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are eager to make a meaningful impact, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity with us.The Production Scheduler at IKI Manufacturing is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the production schedule to ensure efficient resource utilization and on-time delivery of products. This role serves as the central point of coordination between production, procurement, sales, and logistics to balance demand and supply effectively. The Master Scheduler will analyze customer orders, forecast requirements, and production capacity to create and manage detailed schedules that support business objectives and maximize operational performance.Key Responsibilities:Develop, monitor, and adjust the master production schedule to meet customer delivery requirements and optimize plant capacity.Collaborate with procurement, production, engineering, and sales teams to gather input and resolve scheduling conflicts.Analyze demand forecasts, sales orders, and inventory levels to determine production needs.Identify capacity constraints and recommend solutions to ensure continuous workflow.Maintain accurate scheduling data within the ERP system and generate regular performance reports.Lead production planning meetings and communicate schedule changes to all relevant departments.Monitor material availability and coordinate with procurement to prevent shortages or excess inventory.Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline scheduling processes and increase overall plant efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).Experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with ERP/MRP (SAP Business One, LYNQ) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Location: Onsite at IKI Manufacturing with potential for hybrid
