Production Service Scheduling Analyst

In the role of Production Service Scheduling Analyst working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Production Services department in brewery operations. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules for Packaging or Brewing Operations to meet Supply Chain demand while optimizing overall brewery throughput.

This position reports to the Manager, Wisconsin Material and works closely with the Packaging Operational Teams.

What You'll Be Brewing:

Manage the Material Planning and Scheduling process in support of the brewery production schedule and manufacturing process requirements.

To accomplish these objectives schedulers must analyze demand, mix, volume, and timing while adjusting for brewery process capabilities and constraints.

Communicates and coordinates the production and execution plans in a leadership role across brewery functional

Key Ingredients:

Possess a proven record of accomplishment of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment

Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives

You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy

You are serious about delivering results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.

You are a skilled negotiator focused on the client; your constant curiosity fosters your innovative style and you can equally execute ideas given to you

We prefer you have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or like field.

You will preferably have APICS certification

Your experience will include a minimum of two (2) year experience in production planning/scheduling and preferably experience with linear programming and data warehouse reporting

Pay and Benefits:

At Molson Coors, we're committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings $69,800.00 - $91,600.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).

The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
