Coordinate with sellers and internal teams to incorporate updates and ensure listing accuracy and completeness

Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers during the pre-auction phase, delivering timely and professional communication

Provide high-quality customer support by answering questions, offering guidance, and addressing concerns with empathy

Manage and prioritize a high-volume pipeline of listings at various stages to meet daily production goals

Track listings through internal systems and act as the subject matter expert on each listing’s history

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth transition from listing creation to auction launch

Contribute to special projects and process improvements as needed

2+ years of experience in customer support, content production, technical writing, automotive services, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and build trust with stakeholders

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate challenges independently while knowing when to escalate
