Production Specialist PMOur customer in Juda, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Production Specialists for PM shifts to work full time. As a Production Specialist, you will perform a variety of tasks in the manufacturing of cheese products including setting up and monitoring equipment, testing, inspecting, and providing feedback to leadership. If you have a strong technical capability and reliability this is the job for you!Responsibilities of the Production Specialist PM:Rotate positions every 30 minutes; under supervision of the Team Manager and/or Team Leaders, perform basic operation of assigned packaging equipment and related computer systems – accountable for ensuring finished products meet quality and safety standardsEnsure continuous flow of product and monitor for proper positioning, spacing, sealing, and correct codes/labels; seek appropriate resources to correct and prevent issues in a timely mannerPerform visual inspection for defects and rework or discard defective products based on proceduresSet up, calibrate, and perform minor maintenance to packaging equipmentComplete required paperwork, logs, and computer systems for inventory accuracyOperate, inspect, and maintain forkliftsAssist with training programs, monitoring and troubleshooting equipment, and data entryProduction Specialist PM Requirements and Qualifications:High School diploma or GED preferredMinimum of one (1) year of related work experience and/or training required, preferably in a food manufacturing industryPhysical demands: lifting 20-50 lbs, climbing; ability to work in humid, extreme cold, and extreme hot temperature environmentsPay for Production Specialist PM:$21.25/hourProduction Specialist PM Benefits:Free onsite clinics.Free onsite fitness center.Free healthy snacks throughout the facility.Health and wellness reimbursement program.Paid Weekly.Type: PM Shift, Full-timeSchedule: Train on AM’s 6am-6pm for 3-5 weeks and will convert to PM’s 6pm-6am once trained.
