Supervisor, Production (ID1 Shift)Position: Production Supervisor Shift: ID1 Rotating Shift Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Department: Production OperationsOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on the ID1 rotating shift. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on production experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain workflow, safety compliance, and production goals in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily production workflow and shift activitiesLead and support production teams to meet operational targetsEnsure full compliance with all safety procedures and PPE requirementsMonitor equipment, production output, and shift performanceCoordinate with maintenance, quality, and management teamsTrain, coach, and guide employees to maintain high productivityComplete shift reports, logs, and documentation accuratelyMaintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environmentRequirementsPrevious experience in production or manufacturing operationsStrong leadership and team-management skillsAbility to work a 12-hour ID1 rotating shift (6 AM – 6 PM)Strong focus on safety and qualityReliable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
