Guided by our highest ideals - to take care of each other, do the right thing, and give forward - we remain committed to our people, our consumers, our community, and the planet.Position Summary:We are seeking a Production Supervisor (Off Shift) to lead a team of associates to drive operational efficiency, product quality, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Location: Bethlehem, PAWork Model: This is a 2nd Shift fully onsite role, five days per week, supporting a 24/7 manufacturing operation.How You'll Impact Results:Lead and motivate a team to achieve excellence in manufacturing operations, ensuring precision and passionYour leadership will ensure production goals are met safely and effectively, setting the standard for successMaintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality in the manufacturing environmentSupervise and support a diverse team, fostering professional growth and teamworkCultivate a proactive safety culture and implement strategies to prevent accidentsDrive initiatives to meet and exceed objectives in safety, quality, efficiency, cost management, and waste reductionTake accountability for the development of associates, identifying training and advancement opportunitiesLead problem-solving efforts, using root cause analysis to implement actionable solutionsPromote a strong food safety culture, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standardsEmbody and promote Just Born leadership behaviors, providing coaching, feedback, and support for self-developmentUphold Just Born's Purpose, Vision, and RESPECT PhilosophyManage budget responsibilities to maintain financial integrity.Additional duties & responsibilities as required. May require flexing to other shifts to cover vacations/absences.Your Qualifications That Will Ensure Success :· Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree required.
