Production Supervisor - 2nd ShiftLead 2nd shift operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Drive safety, production, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.My client is a global manufacturer of innovative fastening products and building technologies serving the commercial roofing and construction industries. With multiple manufacturing facilities across the United States, the company is recognized for its commitment to safety, quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.Job DescriptionPromote and maintain a strong safety-first culture throughout the operation.Lead continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve performance.Review production schedules and adjust staffing and resources to meet operational objectives.Develop and track productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction initiatives.Manage employee development, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.Build team capability and develop manufacturing bench strength.Communicate and implement company policies and operational initiatives.Partner with Quality teams to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements.Identify opportunities to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.Develop and monitor manufacturing performance metrics and trend analyses.Facilitate team meetings focused on safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
