Production Supervisor, 3rd ShiftThe Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising production floor employees. They will contribute to the success of the organization by driving and supporting employee engagement efforts and ensuring an optimal balance of quality, service and efficiency to provide operational excellence.Key Accountabilities:Ensure production activities are performed and completed to effectively optimize production.Ensure safety and training in the workplace.Build a culture of operational excellence.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma/GED.1 year of job-related experience.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or related field.3 years of job-related experience.Job Setting: Regular presence in the workplace is required.
