You are comfortable making decisions, setting priorities, addressing performance issues, and working alongside your team when problems need to be solved.You may be a strong fit if you bring:3–7 years of manufacturing experience1–3 years of supervisory, team leadership, or similar frontline leadership experienceStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes and shop floor operationsDemonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop production teamsExperience using production KPIs and performance metrics to manage resultsStrong organizational skills and the ability to balance competing production prioritiesEffective communication and conflict-resolution skillsA practical, hands-on approach to problem solvingThe ability to work effectively across Production, Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and EngineeringA high school diploma or equivalentAn associate or bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience in aerospace, defense, semiconductor, or another regulated manufacturing environment is also preferred.Defining success:Success in this role is not simply hitting the production number. You should be comfortable moving between coaching an employee, responding to an equipment issue, reviewing production performance, coordinating with another department, and adjusting priorities as conditions change.The strongest supervisors create structure without losing flexibility.
