Production Supervisor - 3rd ShiftAs a division of Land O'Lakes our growth relies on hiring extraordinary, diverse talent. Our Supply Chain & Operations team provides strategic leadership across the company's many business units.The team plays a significant role in fueling revenue growth and profitability through operational excellence, quality, and process improvement. Our end-to-end Supply Chain organization includes engineering, manufacturing, procurement, planning and logistics, warehousing and transportation, customer service, and quality and safety. Unlock your greatest potential with the opportunity to make a difference, drive results, and develop a rewarding career.This position is responsible for directing the workflow and scheduling functions of a high volume, fast-paced manufacturing facility. This position is also responsible for managing production personnel and executing production for multiple departments. If you enjoy leading people in a team-oriented manufacturing work environment, then the Manufacturing Supervisor in our Dairy plant would be a good fit for you. Your focus would be coordinating production, taking the forefront in safety and quality, employee engagement and compliance with regulatory needs. SAFETY is our core value. You will work with other team members to resolve production issues and employee relations concerns.Shift Hours: 3rd; 9P-530ALocation: Hillsboro, WIPay: $70,800 - $79,500Responsibilities:Responsible at all times for promoting a safety culture and awareness within their area. Sets a leading example by supporting and adhering to all plant safety policies and procedures at all times.Responsible to ensure all tasks are performed using proper SOPs/GMPs, safety procedures and other regulations.Ensures Pre-Operation Inspections are performed before starting the Shift/work orders.Ensure inventory is accurate and properly maintainedMaintain accurate records of information such as daily receipts, inspection results, etc.Must be able to direct others in keeping with production schedules and goals.Monitor and update ADP time keeping as needed as well as approving time after each shift.Daily paperwork review.Coach, train, direct and discipline employees.Partner with multiple departments to execute department orders and goals are met.Required Education/Experience:High School diploma with 2+ years of leadership experience.Manufacturing experienceKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Understanding of Manufacturing processes and production flowStrong computer skills that include Microsoft Office and ability to adapt and utilize other programsStrong time management and multitasking skillsStrong understanding in Food safety and Manufacturing processesExcellent Team work skills-ability to build positive relationships that promote teamwork and a positive working environment.Ability to direct, influence and coach staff.Ability to work with management to reach and maintain production schedules and goals.Communicator, decision maker, quality orientation, technical/professional knowledge, customer focus, time management and oriented toward process improvementAbout Land O'Lakes, Inc.Join us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
