We're looking for a self-driven, well-organized Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on our 2nd shift. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, communicates effectively, and is passionate about creating a positive and productive workplace.What You'll DoAs our Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:Managing daily production schedules and plant activitiesMonitoring product quality and line performanceLeading, scheduling, and supporting production staffEnsuring on-time fulfillment while maintaining top-tier quality standardsChampioning safety protocols and food safety programs (GMP, HACCP, etc.)Coordinating machinery maintenance to minimize downtimeLeading process improvement efforts to boost operational efficiencyConducting audits and tracking compliance with all quality and safety standardsCoaching team members and driving training initiativesSupporting performance reviews and employee developmentWhat You BringWe're looking for someone with a strong mix of hands-on experience and leadership abilities:High school diploma required; college coursework is a plus2–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a production or manufacturing setting (food industry experience and ingredient blending are a bonus!)Strong communication skills—English required, Spanish bilingual a plusProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; ADP and ERP systems experience a plusA proactive attitude and the ability to work independentlySolid organizational skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing prioritiesConfidence in working with cross-functional and multilingual teamsProduction hours run (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am)Why Join Us?This is more than just a job—it's a chance to make your mark in a dynamic production environment that values teamwork, innovation, and growth.
