Production SupervisorThis 2nd Shift Production Supervisor will be responsible for:Supervising daily fabrication and production activitiesCoordinating material flow through the departmentImplementing continuous improvement initiatives for equipment and processesDeveloping and managing departmental budgets and cost reduction effortsCollaborating with planning, engineering, sales, and production teamsEnsuring compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and labor agreementsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
