Production SupervisorLocation: Avon, OHJob DutiesOversee the production department – people, equipment, processEnsure production meets or exceeds standards with the highest level of qualityEnforce company policies and goals timely, fairly, and consistentlyEnsure that health and safety guidelines are strictly followed and enforcedSupervise and motivate a team of workers. Able to hold people accountableIdentify, implement, and drive continuous improvement activitiesReview workers' performance. Provides meaningful feedback often and consistentlyIdentify training needs and provide opportunities for cross-training and career developmentMeets required deadlines.
