Production Supervisor - Bacon | 2nd ShiftLocation: Tyrone, PA2nd Shift Schedule: 2:30pm - 12:30am (some weekends required)Role Requirement: Bilingual (English/Spanish)At Clemens Food Group, an Production Supervisor does more than keep production moving. You'll lead the people and processes behind our 2nd-shift bacon slicing operation—coaching your team, solving problems on the floor, and finding better ways to deliver safe, high-quality product every day.If you're the kind of leader who develops people, holds a high standard, and sees opportunities for improvement others miss, this is a role where you can make an impact.What You'll OwnLead day-to-day operations for our 2nd-shift bacon slicing teamCoach, develop, recognize, and hold team members accountableBuild a stronger, more flexible team through cross-training and developmentMonitor production performance and respond quickly when safety, quality, labor, or efficiency fall off targetDrive continuous improvement by identifying issues, solving root causes, and following improvements through to completionPartner with Maintenance, Quality, Materials, and other teams to keep the operation running effectivelyMaintain strong execution of HACCP, SSOP, GMP, safety, and quality requirementsWhat Success Looks LikeYou're building a team people can rely on. Safety and food quality stay at the center of every decision.And when there's an issue on the floor, your team knows you'll bring structure, accountability, and a solution-focused approach.What You BringSupervisory or frontline leadership experience in production, manufacturing, food processing, or a similar operations environmentA track record of coaching people and improving team performanceConfidence making decisions in a fast-moving production environmentStrong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skillsExperience working with operational KPIs, standard work, and compliance requirementsProfessional bilingual proficiency in English and SpanishAvailability for 2nd shift, typically beginning around 2:30PMMilitary leadership experience is welcome. Experience leading teams in environments where safety, accountability, teamwork, and disciplined execution matter can translate well to this role.Work Authorization Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
