You'll be: Supervising and coordinating daily activities of production staff to meet production targets, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. Monitoring workflow, productivity, and equipment performance to optimize efficiency and ensure on-time delivery of products. Collaborating closely with maintenance teams to prioritize repairs and minimize production downtime, while enforcing safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role. Possess strong knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and safety standards, along with the ability to work effectively with a unionized workforce of up to 30 employees.
