Production SupervisorLocation: New Ulm, MN Area Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 per year Schedule: Day shift | Monday–Friday Job Type: Direct Hire | Full-timeAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Production Supervisor for a manufacturing company in the New Ulm, MN area. In this role, you’ll lead daily production operations, ensure high-quality powder coating results, and support a safe and efficient shop environment. Read below for more information!What You’ll Do as a Production Supervisor:Oversee shop staff, equipment, and daily operations to ensure safety and complianceManage the production schedule and ensure output targets and deadlines are metTrain, supervise, and motivate employees while providing performance feedbackMonitor product quality and ensure powder coating standards are consistently achievedTroubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtimeCoordinate and perform preventative maintenance on equipmentOperate and monitor the powder coating line while supporting continuous improvement effortsWhat You Need to Bring to the Production Supervisor Role:Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environmentStrong understanding of safety practices and production workflowsMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experienceAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet production deadlinesReliable transportation to the New Ulm, MN area #SMNCareersBenefits: The company offers a monthly health insurance stipend, as well as paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays.
